Ordering
Yes, absolutely. You can order up to 6 fabric swatches free of charge. We’ll pop them in the post so you can see and feel them at home before making any decisions.
Yes, we do. We offer beautifully made sofa-beds that are just as comfortable to sleep on as they are to sit on. Please get in touch if you’d like help choosing the right one for your space.

Yes, our fabric swatches are completely free. You can choose up to 6, and we’ll send them straight to your door.
Most sofas are made in 6–8 weeks, but some models and fabrics are available for delivery in as little as 2–4 weeks. If timing is important, just ask, we’ll do everything we can to get you the sofa you are
looking for.
We’re happy to guide you. Some fabrics are more pet-friendly than others, look for tighter weaves and darker tones, and avoid anything with heavy texture such as a boucle. Drop us a message and
we’ll recommend the best options for your home.

Yes. We always recommend ordering a free swatch of your chosen fabric before placing an order.
Yes. We’re a direct-to-customer business, so the prices you see online are the same you’ll find in our showroom. No hidden markups.
Delivery & Service
Typical lead time is 6–8 weeks from order to delivery, depending on the fabric and style. Some models are quicker, just ask us if you're in a hurry and we’ll do all we can to help you.
Delivery is free across most of mainland UK. For harder-to-reach areas or international orders, we’ll quote individually.
We’ll offer you a delivery window, and our team will do their best to find a date that works for you. If you need to delay your delivery, that’s fine, just let us know in advance.
Yes. All sofas come with white-glove delivery, including full assembly in the room of your choice and removal of packaging.
Yes, we can! Please contact us with your location and we’ll provide a custom delivery quote.
Yes. Our delivery team will contact you in advance to confirm the date and provide a time slot, and they’ll keep in touch on the day.
If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering and we’ll help you measure up. If access is tight, we can often make your sofa in parts to ensure it fits through. It’s best to sort this upfront, you can also send us photos and videos to help make the decision.
We’ll keep you updated by email as your order progresses. If you ever want an update, just email or chat with us, we’ll check with the workshop and get back to you quickly.
Returns & Refunds
Yes, as long as the sofa hasn’t gone into production yet. Contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible.
Because each piece is made to order, we ask you to choose carefully. We’re here to help beforehand, with swatches, measurements, and honest advice. If something’s not right when it arrives, we’ll do everything we can to resolve it fairly.
If you believe your item qualifies for return, email us at hello@madetolastsofas.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Yes, we’ll help resolve minor issues wherever possible, whether that’s sending a repair kit, arranging a local technician, or offering advice.
As each sofa is made to order, returns are not typically accepted unless the item is faulty or not as described. But if there’s a problem, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
Please email us photos and a short description of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll review it and come back to you quickly with next steps.
