Shipping policy
We will reach out to you at least seven days before the scheduled delivery to inform you of the expected delivery date. Should you agree to this date, we will follow up with you at least five days prior to the delivery, providing a three-hour time window. If the proposed delivery date or time is inconvenient, we are more than willing to reschedule your delivery for the next occasion we are in your vicinity, typically within a couple of weeks.
Additionally, our delivery team is available to call you while en route to provide precise arrival information, if necessary. Our deliveries are made directly from our East Sussex factory to your residence using our fleet of Luton vans. We service any address on the UK mainland or a UK port of your choice for your pre arranged further shipment to Northern Ireland, various islands, and international destinations.
All deliveries are conducted by a two-person team, allowing you to simply open the door and, if you wish, prepare a cup of tea. Our team will place the furniture in your desired room, remove all packaging upon request, and permit you to inspect the furniture before signing for its safe delivery.
They are well-trained and highly skilled in manoeuvring sofas into the most challenging spaces. All our furniture can be delivered unassembled, facilitating easy transport in the tightest of areas.
