Return and Refund Policy for Made to Last
At Made to Last, we want you to love your new furniture. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to help you with the process.
14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date you receive your furniture to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
Your item must be in the same condition as received: unused, and in its original packaging.It must include all accessories and documentation, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and when we will collect your furniture. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, notify the delivery team and contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of furniture cannot be returned, including:
Custom-made or personalised items (such as specially ordered sizes or finishes)
Clearance or sale items
Items that have been assembled or modified

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your furniture for a different model or colour, we recommend returning the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for your desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your furniture is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must still meet the return eligibility criteria mentioned above.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, letting you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
